So no for the Lumia phones and yes for the Lumia Microsoft Lumia 950, 950xl and 640xl because it has LTE feature you can insert sim and use free 4g internet data. But you won’t be able to get free calls because there is VOLTE feature in Lumia 640xl. You need to wait for surface phones to launch.
